Our Story
David Landy founded David Landy Construction in 1992, right here in South Florida. As a third-generation builder whose family started constructing homes back in the 1950s, John had construction in his blood and a passion for creating quality projects. After working for his father’s contracting business and honing his skills in managing projects across South Florida, David struck out on his own with David Landy Construction, determined to set a new standard for expert construction and exemplary service.
Three decades later, David Landy Construction is still owned and operated by David Landy, carrying on his commitment to excellence. Under John’s consistent leadership, we’ve steadily grown while staying dedicated to the hands-on, customer-centric approach that built our reputation. We take pride in building long-term client relationships by consistently exceeding their expectations.
